This position offers the opportunity to act as a strategic partner to Sales and Sales Operations leaders, contributing to the scaling of our operations model and supporting high-impact initiatives that fuel the company's growth and success.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating and analyzing data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that offer critical business insights, assisting in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives, collaborating with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes.
We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential, while experience with Tableau and SQL is preferred. Exceptional analytical and communication skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work are crucial. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is encouraged; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
