Business Systems Analyst

Archer is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in San Jose, California. As a key member of our Digital Transformation Office, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business processes and systems to support Archer's mission of advancing sustainable air mobility.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and implement system solutions, and ensure seamless integration across various platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business needs, developing functional specifications, and working closely with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role. Proficiency in system analysis, process mapping, and project management is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are also required.
