Business Systems Engineer
As a Business Systems Engineer at Applied Intuition, you will lead the architecture of our corporate data ecosystem. This senior-level role bridges core business functions with the software that supports them, ensuring a seamless data environment that connects finance and HR systems. Your work will provide a unified, real-time view of our global operations, enabling strategic, data-driven decisions at the highest levels.
Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems such as Oracle NetSuite (ERP), Workday (HRIS), and Pigment (FP&A). You will develop and manage data pipelines and API-led architectures to ensure data integrity and real-time synchronization across the business stack. Collaborating closely with Finance and People Operations, you will automate complex workflows to reduce operational risk and eliminate manual data entry.
The ideal candidate has over seven years of experience in business systems engineering or enterprise architecture within fast-paced environments. Deep technical expertise with Oracle NetSuite and Workday APIs is essential, including experience managing complex data migrations or system overhauls. Proficiency in at least one major iPaaS platform (e.g., Workato, Boomi) and advanced scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or SQL are required. A strong understanding of financial concepts and HR lifecycles is also necessary.
Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $130,000 to $165,000 annually, along with equity options and comprehensive benefits. These benefits encompass health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Benefits are subject to change and may vary based on the jurisdiction of employment.
