C/Rust Engineer - Networking Group

Cato Networks is seeking a passionate and experienced Software Engineer proficient in C and Rust to join our dynamic Networking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of solutions, encompassing design, implementation, testing, rollout, and monitoring. Your focus will be on developing high-performance and highly scalable backbone platforms, driving efficient designs, and leading collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing high-performance network data plane systems. A deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols is essential, along with strong proficiency in C, C++, Rust, or Go within multithreaded environments. Experience with real-time development and a working knowledge of Linux are advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is required.
