Key responsibilities include leading the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of applications like SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, and Anaplan. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements, designing and maintaining secure system integrations, providing advanced application support, and leading testing strategies for system upgrades. Additionally, the Capability Manager monitors system performance, supports compliance and audit activities, and maintains comprehensive system documentation to promote operational excellence.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in business application delivery and support. Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, or Anaplan is essential. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications in these platforms, as well as project management certifications like PMP or Agile. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $123,605 to $162,232 per year.
