Care Support Coordinator (Temporary)
The Care Support Coordinator (Temporary) at Spring Health serves as the primary point of contact for members and providers, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction with the platform. This non-clinical role is integral to the Care Support Team, which focuses on coordinating various aspects of care delivery to enhance the overall user experience. Spring Health is dedicated to revolutionizing mental healthcare by eliminating barriers and providing personalized, precise care tailored to individual needs.
Key responsibilities include managing approximately seven hours of daily telephonic support, addressing inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The coordinator will handle care coordination tasks such as maintaining patient charts, rescheduling appointments, executing prescription authorization forms, and facilitating the release of documentation between members and providers. Additionally, the role involves analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, de-escalating situations by actively listening to concerns, and collaborating cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve service experiences.
Candidates should possess at least one year of customer service experience, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and handling sensitive information is essential. Strong empathetic listening skills, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, and an understanding of confidentiality and privacy regulations are also required. Technical proficiency, including experience with ticketing systems like Jira or Zendesk, and a designated private work environment to ensure data privacy are preferred.
The target base salary range for this position is $26.05 to $32.18 per hour, with individual pay determined by factors such as experience, location, and internal pay equity. As a temporary position, this role is not eligible for non-statutory benefits. However, there is an opportunity for the role to extend or become permanent full-time based on performance and business needs.
