CEO Secretary
The Executive Secretary to the CEO at WPP Media Pakistan provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the CEO. This role is central to ensuring effective leadership execution by managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, meetings, and key internal and external interactions while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and strategic insight.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and proactively managing the CEO’s complex calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. The role involves screening, prioritizing, and responding to the CEO’s communications, drafting correspondence, and facilitating clear and timely communication between the CEO and stakeholders. Additionally, the Executive Secretary organizes executive meetings, ensures action items are tracked and followed up, and plans domestic and international travel itineraries.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, superior organizational and time-management abilities, and advanced proficiency in calendar management and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently are also essential. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree. A minimum of 3 years of executive support or senior administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a corporate or media/advertising environment, is also required.
