In this position, you will lead enterprise and business unit-level change planning, including impact analysis, readiness assessments, and the creation of targeted change and adoption plans. Responsibilities encompass maintaining a consolidated Enterprise Change Calendar, applying structured change methodologies such as PROSCI, and establishing a Change Guild to promote consistency and knowledge sharing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to translate strategy into clear, sequenced activities and stakeholder engagement plans.

The ideal candidate will possess over seven years of hands-on change management experience in enterprise or multi-business unit environments, demonstrating a track record of delivering measurable adoption and behavior change. Proficiency in conducting impact and readiness assessments, sequencing complex portfolios, and influencing senior stakeholders is crucial. Strong practitioner experience with PROSCI or an equivalent structured change methodology is required, along with excellent written communication and facilitation skills.
