The Channel Account Manager (CAM) at Cato Networks is a pivotal role within the Global Channel Sales team, focusing on driving pipeline growth, acquiring new logos, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships in the TOLA (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas) region. Cato Networks is a pioneering company that has unified enterprise networking and security into a single, cloud-delivered service, positioning itself as a leader in the rapidly expanding SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) market.

In this role, the CAM is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and training new Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) on Cato's solutions. The CAM will proactively engage with existing partners to enhance market share by promoting new products and driving incremental revenue through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives. Developing and executing partner-focused go-to-market plans, coordinating closely with regional sales resources, is a key aspect of the day-to-day responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience working with channel partners, including VARs and MSPs, and a proven track record of building strong, productive relationships. A deep understanding of the channel ecosystem, particularly Managed Service Providers, along with expertise in SD-WAN, security, and SASE solutions, is essential. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, the ability to travel up to 50% within the region, and strong organizational and collaboration abilities are also required.

Cato Networks offers a competitive salary range for this role, estimated between $240,000 and $275,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location. The comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, stock options, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, flexible time-off, paid parental leave, and disability benefits.

Joining Cato Networks means becoming part of a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of cloud networking and security. With a culture that values trust, transparency, and collaboration, employees have the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing organization that is shaping the future of enterprise networking.
