Channel Revenue Operations Specialist
The Channel Revenue Operations Specialist at Cato Networks plays a pivotal role within the Sales Operations team, focusing on optimizing channel sales processes and supporting partner relationships. Cato Networks is a leader in converging enterprise networking and security into a unified cloud-based service, emphasizing a channel-first approach where 100% of sales are sourced, driven, or transacted by channel partners.
In this role, the specialist serves as the central point of contact for Americas Channel Sales, managing the partner lifecycle from onboarding to full ramp-up. Key responsibilities include driving channel-led sales processes, analyzing channel key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and conversion rates. The position also involves managing and optimizing Partner Portal and Salesforce (SFDC) processes, building and maintaining dashboards and reports for the Channel team and leadership, and ensuring governance of channel rules of engagement.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over four years of experience in Channel Revenue or Sales Operations within a channel-first SaaS environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, and a strong analytical mindset are essential. Experience with BI tools and SQL is advantageous. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including collaborating with developers to design and test processes and build reports and dashboards, is also required. Willingness to travel domestically (4–6 times per year) and internationally (~2 times per year) is expected.
