Channel Sales Learning and Experience Designer
The Channel Sales Learning and Experience Designer at Block is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive enablement program for the company's Independent Consultant (IC) initiative. The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in designing learning experiences within a sales enablement environment, with a proven track record of building programs from the ground up. Deep expertise in learning design principles, particularly in enabling Channel Sales partners and resellers, is essential. The role requires the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling learning experiences and to develop scalable systems and processes that maintain quality during rapid growth.
