Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies, identifying recurring problems, and implementing lasting solutions. Maintaining and updating sales documentation, processing commission calculations, and ensuring systems are current are also essential duties.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in sales support, channel management, technical support, or customer service. Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as Google Workspace and AI tools, is required. A familiarity with B2B sales processes, sales cycle management, and a basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics are also important. Experience working with self-employed contractors, distributors, sellers, or channel partners is preferred.
