The Chief Engineer - Agriculture at Applied Intuition will lead strategic partnerships with global agricultural original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). This role involves driving the adoption of AI-driven, software-centric solutions in the agriculture sector, aligning with the company's mission to accelerate the global use of safe autonomous machines.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring successful business and technical outcomes. The Chief Engineer will deeply understand customer needs for autonomy and software-defined vehicles (SDVs), crafting tailored solutions and engaging directly with customer engineers to define use cases. Building and maintaining executive-level relationships to become a trusted advisor is also essential.

Candidates should have over three years of experience with automotive, trucking, or industrial OEMs or suppliers, prior experience in the agriculture industry, and a background in autonomous vehicle or robotics development. Familiarity with large-scale software development and strong communication skills focused on solving customer problems are required. Experience with software-defined vehicles is a plus.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $250,000 annually, along with equity options and comprehensive benefits.
