Anduril Industries is seeking a Chief Engineer for its Connected Warfare Division in Germany. This role involves leading a technical team to develop and implement a "mesh of meshes" that integrates diverse command and control (C2) systems, ensuring robust and resilient communications across U.S., NATO, and European networks. The position serves as the primary technical counterpart to the 4-star U.S. Army Europe Chief Technology Officer, focusing on delivering mission autonomy at both product and sector C2 levels.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing innovative solutions that integrate fractured C2 systems, collaborating with hardware, product, design, and other teams to build best-in-class solutions, and contributing to product vision and roadmap formulation through an in-depth understanding of customer requirements. The Chief Engineer will also own technical product and programmatic success across the European Theatre and mentor the next generation of engineering leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in an engineering field, proven experience in leading complex systems engineering initiatives in defense or mission-critical technology environments, and extensive understanding of mesh networking, C2 systems, and resilient communications. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an active U.S. Top Secret Clearance are also required.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $191,000 to $336,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants.
