Chief Engineer, International Programs
Anduril Industries is seeking a Chief Engineer for International Programs to lead the expansion of its Fury product line into global markets. This role involves spearheading the design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing of exportable Fury aircraft, aligning with Anduril's mission to revolutionize defense technology through advanced autonomy and AI-powered systems.
The Chief Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams, including the Program Chief Engineer, Program Director, and Export Compliance, as well as external partners such as U.S. and foreign suppliers and government officials. Responsibilities encompass developing program visions and strategies, establishing requirements, conducting design reviews, executing trade studies, and performing operational analyses to ensure system effectiveness.
Candidates must possess a degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering from an accredited institution, along with over 10 years of technical engineering experience. Essential qualifications include a proven track record in developing and executing detailed action strategies, managing technical development projects, leading technical teams, and expertise in aircraft system design, prototyping, and testing. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance is mandatory.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $254,000 to $336,000 annually, complemented by highly competitive equity grants.
