Chief of Staff, Tactical Recon and Strike (Skillbridge)
The Chief of Staff, Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) at Anduril Industries serves as a strategic partner to the Senior Vice President of the TRS division. This role is pivotal in aligning the division's objectives with the company's mission to revolutionize defense technology through advanced autonomous systems. The TRS division focuses on developing and deploying small aerial drones, transforming concepts into operational systems that address complex challenges faced by military personnel.
Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to the SVP, facilitating clarity and focus across various initiatives. The Chief of Staff designs and manages the division's interactions with key stakeholders such as Finance, Government Relations, and Strategic Growth, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment. Additionally, the role involves preparing and facilitating content for executive meetings, driving agenda setting, action tracking, and execution of key decisions. The Chief of Staff also leads high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from conception through execution and measurement.
Candidates should possess a proven track record in strategic operations, business leadership, or management consulting, with at least 8 years of progressive professional experience, including 5-7 years supporting senior executives in complex environments. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in executive writing, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects are essential. A Master's degree in a relevant field and experience in the defense, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors are preferred. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance is required.
