Classified IT Technical Program Manager, Intelligence Systems
Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support its most sensitive programs within the Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) division. This role involves building and maintaining critical classified infrastructure, working alongside top engineers and cybersecurity professionals to implement cutting-edge systems. The position is based in Reston, Virginia, and focuses on delivering advanced capabilities to Intelligence Community customers.
Key responsibilities include driving cross-team projects from inception to completion, defining roadmaps for infrastructure, security, and software support of classified programs, and developing internal processes to improve cross-functional team alignment. The role also involves leading a senior team across Classified IT, Cyber Assurance, DevOps, and Network Engineering, managing budgets, overseeing procurement processes, and acting as the primary point of contact for significant build-out projects or new facility requirements.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with over 15 years of experience leading complex technical programs in fast-paced environments. Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects involving classified networks is essential. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are required. The role demands a proactive, mission-oriented individual with strong people management skills and expertise in project management methodologies. An active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance is mandatory.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $191,000 to $253,000, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost to employees.
