Client Account Lead - AI-Driven Transformation & Process Intelligence
The Client Account Lead - AI-Driven Transformation & Process Intelligence at Celonis is a pivotal role within the Value Engineering team, focusing on driving data-driven business transformations for strategic clients. This position involves acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, guiding them in leveraging Celonis' Process Intelligence platform to enhance business processes and achieve measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to embed Celonis into their strategic objectives. The role also involves ensuring engagements are properly staffed by leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, such as Servicing, Product, and Engineering. Additionally, the Client Account Lead mentors customers on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to focus on increasing adoption of the Celonis platform, and mentors and coaches team members, providing guidance and support for their success.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields, with strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations. Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus. The candidate should possess deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices, the ability to navigate large global organizations, and the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate Celonis use cases into the customer business landscape are essential.
