Client Director
Conga is seeking a Client Director to drive growth, retention, and long-term value across a select group of its most significant enterprise customers. This remote role reports to the RVP of Strategic Accounts and involves leading enterprise-wide sales initiatives, aligning Conga's comprehensive portfolio with customer priorities and transformation goals.
In this position, the Client Director will establish deep relationships with business and technical stakeholders, including executive leadership, to position Conga as a long-term partner aligned with their critical initiatives. Responsibilities include blending new business development with ownership and execution of complex expansions and high-value renewals, leading enterprise-wide sales motions, and aligning Conga's full portfolio to customer priorities and transformation initiatives.
Candidates should have at least 8-10 years of successful complex sales experience in the SaaS industry. They must establish credibility as a strategic partner by deeply understanding each customer's business, industry, and operating model, and provide guidance that connects Conga's capabilities to measurable business outcomes. Additional qualifications include maintaining a strong point of view on each account's strategy, competitive landscape, and internal dynamics, and leveraging public signals, executive engagement, and internal relationships to anticipate needs and shape opportunities.
Conga offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and variable incentives. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000 per year. In addition to base salary, employees receive a variable incentive component.
