The Client Liaison role at Wettermark Keith is a full-time, in-person position based in their Birmingham, Alabama office. As a key member of the Social Security department, the Client Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the legal process. Key responsibilities include managing client communication, expectations, and status updates, as well as addressing and escalating client concerns as needed. The Client Liaison will coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs, prepare client reports, attend meetings, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred qualifications for this role include prior experience in a law office or professional services environment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
