Client Manager
The Client Manager (CM) at SPS-North America is a pivotal operational leader dedicated to a specific client, overseeing multi-level teams across multiple locations within an assigned territory. Reporting to senior leadership, the CM ensures adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborates closely with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and executive stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-quality workplace services.
Key responsibilities include ensuring excellence in service delivery across all assigned sites, managing staffing and resources effectively, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment. The CM is also accountable for financial performance, supporting leadership in maintaining profit and loss statements at or above proforma targets, overseeing payroll and billing processes, and leading monthly budget forecasting and financial reviews.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and have 7–10+ years of experience in relationship management and operational leadership. Multi-site management experience is strongly preferred, along with a proven ability to coach and develop frontline managers. High proficiency in business technology and comfort interacting with C-suite leaders are also essential.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
