The Field Support Specialist (FSS) role at SPS-North America is designed for adaptable, service-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic environments. This on-call position involves providing coverage across multiple client locations within the assigned region, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service during staff absences or increased workload periods. As an FSS, you will gain hands-on experience in diverse office settings, contributing to the company's commitment to delivering high-caliber outsourcing solutions.

Key responsibilities include processing inbound and outbound mail and packages, sorting and distributing mail by recipient or department, and preparing outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate chain-of-custody procedures. Additionally, the role encompasses providing copy, print, scanning, and document production support, monitoring and maintaining multifunction print devices, and performing binding services. Office services duties involve maintaining a clean and organized Office Services Center, supporting pantry, kitchen, conference rooms, and meeting spaces, monitoring and restocking office supplies, and assisting with general office maintenance and inventory tracking. Front-of-house responsibilities include providing reception coverage when needed, greeting guests, managing visitor registration, coordinating with building security, answering and routing calls professionally, and providing administrative support as required.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least six months of related experience preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to learn computer-based systems quickly. A professional appearance and adherence to company policies are also required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance, as well as the capacity to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods. Reliable transportation is necessary for travel between multiple sites within the assigned region, with occasional same-day travel between locations.
