Mailroom Associate
The Mailroom Associate at SPS-North America plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of mail and packages within the organization. This position is integral to the Client Services team, contributing to the seamless operation of the company's mailroom services and supporting overall business functions.
Key responsibilities include receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as preparing and processing outgoing shipments. The associate operates mailroom equipment such as postage meters and scanners, maintains accurate records of mail transactions, and ensures timely delivery to appropriate departments. Additionally, the role involves monitoring office supplies, maintaining organized workspaces, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and clients.
Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The role requires the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least two years of prior work experience preferred.
