Client Services Associate
The Client Services Associate at SPS-North America plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily operations within the office environment. This position is integral to the team, focusing on delivering exceptional mailroom and hospitality services that uphold the company's commitment to excellence.
Key responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of mail and packages, from secure intake using chain-of-custody software to high-priority outbound shipping. The associate maintains the readiness of business service centers, kitchens, and conference rooms, ensuring all areas are presentable and fully stocked. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and maintaining multi-function devices and copy/print equipment, providing backup for reception and concierge services, and assisting with office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management.
Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, good organizational skills, and the capacity to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of prior work experience. Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs using a cart, as well as the ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and sit for extended periods.
