The ideal candidate will have fluency in German and English, over three years of experience in account management or sales within a high-growth, data-driven environment, and strong commercial acumen. Experience in retail media, advertising, or performance marketing is advantageous. Essential skills include strong communication and presentation abilities, an analytical mindset, project management capabilities, and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
