Client Partner, Mavens
The Client Partner at Komodo Health is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure successful renewals while driving growth opportunities. This role involves upselling managed services, expanding project services, and increasing license adoption among existing customers. Success requires a strategic approach to account management, a deep understanding of workflow solutions, and a consultative sales mindset.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing a customer-first approach, providing strategic support on key deliverables, and responding promptly to customer requests. The Client Partner will collaborate with Engagement Leads to manage project scope, address escalations, and ensure alignment with customer expectations. Additionally, the role involves driving account expansion by fostering deeper engagement across the existing account base and proactively identifying new opportunities within a dedicated portfolio of top accounts.
Required qualifications include over 10 years of experience in the biopharma industry, with at least 10 years in a client-facing role as a consultant or life sciences software/service provider. Candidates should have prior experience in sales or delivery of software/consulting services, particularly with cloud-based SaaS product offerings related to Effective communication and storytelling skills, strong project coordination and account management abilities, and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding department goals are essential. Experience with AI/GenAI tools to enhance deliverables is also valued.
The position offers a competitive annual base salary ranging from $165,000 to $195,000, depending on location and experience.
