Client Service Lead(Facilities)
The Administrative & Facilities Lead at SPS-North America is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing daily facilities operations and administrative functions within the office. This position serves as the primary onsite contact for all facilities-related needs, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained workspace. The role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who can work independently and effectively liaise between occupants, vendors, and leadership.
Key responsibilities include leading daily facilities operations, performing hands-on troubleshooting and minor repairs, conducting regular walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues, coordinating and overseeing vendor services, and supporting office moves and space configurations. Additionally, the role involves acting as a central administrative point of contact for office operations, communicating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, tracking invoices and service reports, and maintaining supply inventories related to facilities and office operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in facilities operations or office management, with a working knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Strong administrative and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in a corporate or client-facing environment, vendor management experience, and familiarity with health and safety standards.
