Client Services Associate
The Client Services Associate at SPS-North America is responsible for delivering exceptional office and mail services to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves managing inbound and outbound mail, distributing packages, coordinating shipping and receiving, replenishing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and providing front office support as needed. The associate plays a crucial part in maintaining a professional and efficient workplace environment.
Key responsibilities include receiving, sorting, and logging incoming mail and packages, managing outgoing mail transactions, and serving as the primary contact for mail and package inquiries. The associate also maintains and replenishes office supplies, ensures the functionality of copy and print machines, submits work orders for necessary repairs, and assists with meeting room setups. Additionally, light maintenance and cleaning duties are performed to keep the office environment organized and presentable.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least one year of related experience preferred. The role demands the ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
