Client Success Advisor
The Client Success Advisor at Diligent Corporation plays a pivotal role in driving client adoption, retention, and expansion within our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This position is integral to our Customer Success retention strategy, focusing on key accounts to ensure clients derive maximum value from our solutions.
Key responsibilities include providing guidance on configuring and optimizing the GRC platform to align with clients' business objectives, conducting in-depth assessments to recommend tailored solutions, and collaborating with clients on internal roadmaps and compliance requirements. The advisor will also monitor industry trends to proactively share insights and recommendations, ensuring clients stay ahead in the GRC landscape.
Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role within the legal, audit, risk, or compliance industry. An adaptive mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Familiarity with GRC domains, regulations, and software solutions is required, along with the ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
