Client Value Partner - AI-Driven Transformation & Process Intelligence
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role at Celonis is a pivotal position within the Value Engineering team, focusing on driving data-driven business transformation for strategic customers. As a CVP, you will lead teams of Celonis experts to ensure customer success and satisfaction throughout their journey with Celonis.
In this role, you will act as the primary advisor for customer success, engaging with C-Level Executives to define long-term visions for utilizing Celonis to transform their businesses. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring proper staffing of engagements, mentoring customers on organizational design, and coaching team members for their success.
Key qualifications for this position include a minimum of 15 years of experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields, with strong expertise in driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering engagements. Experience with AI-based transformation is highly desirable, along with deep exposure to successful change management practices and the ability to navigate large global organizations.
