Client Value Partner (CVP) - Financial Services Industry
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role at Celonis is a strategic position focused on leading data-driven transformation programs within the Financial Services Industry. As the primary accountable lead for one of Celonis' most strategic Global Banking accounts, the CVP translates C-level vision into realized profit and loss impact, orchestrating execution across multiple parallel streams to link Celonis capabilities to key outcomes in Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Asset Management.
Key responsibilities include analyzing the bank's strategic goals and mapping them to a long-term vision utilizing the Celonis platform, designing roadmaps for optimizing end-to-end value chains, constructing robust business cases that articulate the financial impact of Process Intelligence, and leading value assessments to present multi-year strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives. The CVP also acts as the de facto Program Lead for large-scale transformations, managing multiple execution streams simultaneously, guiding clients on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence, and tackling implementation hurdles by defining standards for Straight-Through Processing, Exception Management, and regulatory reporting.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, ideally combining tenure at a top-tier Investment Bank, Asset Manager, or Custodian with Strategy Consulting. The candidate must possess granular knowledge of the Capital Markets value chain, understand the modern banking technology stack, demonstrate experience leading complex, multi-stream programs, have a track record of driving large-scale transformation programs impacting the P&L, and exhibit extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-Level executives. A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA strongly preferred.
The compensation package for this role includes a base salary range of $233,000 to $270,000, based on a full-time schedule. Total compensation will also include bonus/commission, equity, and benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
