Clinical Care Navigator, After Hours (Saturday to Wednesday; 2pm-10pm ET)
Spring Health is seeking independently licensed mental health professionals to join our Care Navigation team as Clinical Care Navigators for after-hours support. This role is integral to our mission of eliminating barriers to mental health by providing timely and personalized care to our members. The position requires availability from Saturday to Wednesday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time.
As a Clinical Care Navigator, you will provide immediate clinical support, psychoeducation, and connect members to appropriate referrals and resources via our clinical phone queue. Your responsibilities include active listening, motivational interviewing, and employing solution-focused approaches to engage members seeking assistance with mental health, substance use, or family and relationship concerns. You will assess risk levels, offer crisis support, develop safety plans, and follow up with high-risk members to ensure their safety and timely connection to care. Additionally, you will coordinate with Spring Health therapists, coaches, physicians, or external resources to recommend appropriate care plans.
The ideal candidate holds an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or is a licensed psychologist with a minimum of two years of direct clinical care experience. Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning is essential, along with knowledge of crisis support, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions. Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills are required, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Candidates should be tech-savvy, comfortable using various computer platforms, and capable of multitasking effectively.
The compensation for this role ranges from $33.33 to $42.31 per hour, accompanied by a competitive total rewards package that includes stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
