As the Clinical Manager at Spring Health, you will lead a high-performing clinical team delivering virtual Employee Assistance Program (EAP) mental health services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This full-time remote role involves overseeing the operational health, clinical quality, and team performance of assigned programs, ensuring services are delivered with excellence, consistency, and compassion. Reporting to the Senior Clinical Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to align service delivery with Spring Health's mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

Key responsibilities include supervising and leading clinical team members dedicated to specific customers, conducting interviews, hiring, onboarding, and supporting the professional growth of team members through regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews. You will ensure the high-quality, timely delivery of clinical services such as assessments, ongoing care management, crisis intervention, safety planning, and care coordination. Monitoring team caseloads and key performance metrics, implementing benchmarks and workflows to drive performance and meet internal service level agreements, and leading the team through rapid changes to maximize impact for customers and members are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of leadership and management experience, including supervision of teams of 15 or more, and more than ten years of experience in behavioral health, including EAP and management consultation. An active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN) is required. A proven track record of building and growing high-performing teams, mentoring frontline team members, and exceptional communication skills to inspire and engage a team are essential. Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including longitudinal care management, and proficiency with telephony and documentation tools and systems are also necessary.

Spring Health offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $97,325 to $114,500, along with stock options and comprehensive benefits.
