Closer | Commercial Consultant
The Commercial Consultant (Closer) at Hotmart plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively selling the company's products and services. This position is integral to the Commercial team, which focuses on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and understanding their needs to foster mutual growth. In this role, the consultant is responsible for conducting complex technical meetings involving multiple stakeholders, developing personalized service strategies tailored to diverse client profiles, and training team members in technical and strategic knowledge to enhance their skills. The consultant will autonomously manage clients using CRM tools, implement workflow improvements, cultivate and delight the client portfolio, contribute ideas for the department's evolution, and generate value for clients even if a deal is not closed. Additionally, the role involves client interactions through email, WhatsApp, and both online and in-person meetings, gathering relevant information for proposal development, demonstrating proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques, preparing and presenting excellent commercial proposals, and representing the company at events to develop new client relationships and attraction strategies.
Candidates should possess solid experience in sales, particularly in commercial or closer roles, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Strong negotiation skills, effective communication abilities, organizational and analytical aptitude, and excellent interpersonal relationship capabilities are essential. Availability to work in a hybrid model—three times per week in the office located in either Belo Horizonte or São Paulo—is required. Preferred qualifications include experience in platform sales, technology services, software, or related products; intermediate English proficiency; knowledge of Salesforce or sales funnels; and ongoing or completed higher education.
