The Closer | Commercial Consultant at Hotmart plays a pivotal role within the Commercial team, focusing on generating revenue through the sale of the company's products. This position is integral to driving organizational growth and profitability by identifying potential clients, building relationships, understanding their needs, and contributing to their success. The consultant ensures that clients recognize the impact of Hotmart's solutions in their daily operations, emphasizing the value brought through creative economy, technology, and education.
Key responsibilities include conducting complex technical meetings involving multiple stakeholders, developing personalized service strategies tailored to diverse client profiles, and training team members in technical and strategic knowledge to enhance skills. The role also involves autonomous client management using CRM tools, fostering client relationships, contributing ideas for departmental evolution, and delivering value to clients even if a deal is not finalized. Additionally, the consultant handles client interactions via email, WhatsApp, and both online and in-person meetings, gathers pertinent information for proposal development, demonstrates proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques, prepares and presents high-quality commercial proposals, and represents the company at events to develop new client relationships and attract potential clients.
Candidates must possess knowledge in sales, substantial experience in commercial roles or similar positions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Essential skills include negotiation, communication (both verbal and written), organization, analytical abilities, and interpersonal relationship management. The position requires availability to work in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office located in either Belo Horizonte or São Paulo.
Preferred qualifications encompass experience in selling platforms, technology services, software, or related products, intermediate proficiency in English, familiarity with Salesforce or sales funnel management, and ongoing or completed higher education.
