As a Collections Specialist at OneTrust, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's financial health by managing a portfolio of domestic and international customer accounts. This position is based in Madrid, Spain, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and collecting on assigned customer accounts, following up on past-due invoices, and resolving disputes confidently. You will investigate discrepancies, address payment issues, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. Maintaining precise documentation in ERP systems and proactively identifying payment risks are also key aspects of this role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering clear, professional support to both internal and external stakeholders are essential to success in this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have over three years of collections experience, with at least two years in B2B or subscription environments. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills are crucial, along with full professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams are also required. Additional European language skills, especially in French, German, or Italian, as well as experience with Salesforce, ERP systems like Workday, and familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira, are considered advantageous. Experience in the SaaS or tech industry is a plus.
