Command Center Manager

The Command Center Manager at Applied Intuition is responsible for overseeing real-time operations of the autonomous fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable execution of all missions. This role leads the Command Center team, including Dispatch and Remote Assistance, and serves as the central point of coordination for operational decision-making, incident response, and cross-functional alignment.

Key responsibilities include leading and program managing the command center operations, overseeing the entire fleet dispatch and remote assistance process, developing and managing incident management and escalation processes, creating processes and procedures to support future scalability, and coordinating cross-functionally within operations and among all other stakeholders to ensure mission success and continuity.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in autonomy operations, logistics, fleet management, or a similar field. They should possess experience leading real-time operations or control centers, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously, experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or transportation, and experience with dispatch systems or fleet operations platforms. The role requires the ability to travel up to 35%.
