As a Commercial Outbound Account Executive at Motive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue by engaging with prospective clients and expanding our customer base. You will conduct thorough assessments to understand potential clients' challenges, align their needs with Motive's solutions, and deliver compelling software demonstrations. Collaboration with account teams and leveraging customer analytics will be essential to optimize purchasing decisions and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of outbound sales experience, preferably with B2B international clients from the US, Canada, or the UK. A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and effectively managing complex sales processes is crucial. Strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with executive stakeholders, and a data-driven approach to sales planning are also key qualifications. A bachelor's degree, particularly from institutions in the US, UK, or Canada, is preferred.
