Occasionally, the technician will assist with the delivery and installation of specialist equipment into customers' kitchens. The standard working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Candidates should possess a strong mechanical or electrical background, with previous experience in the commercial catering industry being advantageous. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to fault finding are essential.
