Commercial Content Enablement Specialist (12 month Fixed-Term Contract)
The Commercial Content Enablement Specialist is a hands-on, creative role within Diligent Corporation's Galway team, focusing on developing and managing commercial-facing content. This position collaborates closely with Commercial, Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership teams to ensure the creation of effective sales materials. Key responsibilities include owning the lifecycle of commercial enablement assets, from initial concept to final delivery. The specialist will build structured commercial plays within the Learning Management System (LMS), design and maintain battlecards, develop high-impact presentation decks, and create engaging eLearning modules. Additionally, the role involves managing internal content hubs, creating visual assets, integrating AI tools to streamline content creation, optimizing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to align content with sales strategies.
The ideal candidate possesses over two years of experience in content development, sales enablement, instructional design, marketing, or related fields within high-growth environments. Proficiency with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools is essential, along with strong visual and content design skills. Experience in applying AI tools to enhance content creation processes is highly valued. The role requires excellent project management abilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
