Compensation and Benefits Partner
Cato Networks is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Compensation and Benefits Partner to join our growing global HR team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner and right hand to the Compensation and Benefits lead, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will work closely with HR and senior leadership to support and shape our global Total Rewards strategy in a fast-scaling environment.
Key responsibilities include leading global compensation processes such as salary reviews, equity, and benchmarking end-to-end. You will partner with managers and senior leadership, providing strategic compensation guidance, and manage salary ranges, compensation data, and survey submissions (e.g., Radford, Zviran). Conducting market analysis and delivering data-driven insights, as well as driving and supporting Total Rewards and HR projects, are also integral parts of this role.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of Compensation and Benefits experience in a global company, with strong experience advising managers and working with senior stakeholders. A hands-on, independent, and proactive approach with a strong can-do attitude is essential. Experience in building or improving compensation processes, along with advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems, is required.
