Compliance Counsel
The Compliance Counsel at Bosch Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a pivotal role within the Southeast Asia Compliance team, reporting directly to the Regional Head of Corporate Compliance. This position is integral to ensuring that Bosch's operations in Vietnam adhere to both local and international compliance standards, particularly focusing on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABC) regulations. The role involves close collaboration with various departments, including Human Resources, Audit, and Legal, as well as external legal counsel when necessary.
Key responsibilities encompass providing compliance guidance to management and associates, monitoring and implementing compliance management systems, conducting internal investigations into potential violations, and developing and delivering training programs to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior. The Compliance Counsel is also tasked with identifying and mitigating compliance risks, especially those related to anti-bribery and anti-corruption, and ensuring effective communication of compliance topics throughout the organization.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in legal compliance and ethics, internal investigations, audit, or related governance areas within a multinational company or consulting firm. A Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accountancy, Business, or related fields is required. Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, along with a strong understanding of anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high integrity, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
