Compliance Product Manager
EarnIn is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Product Manager to lead and enhance our Product and Marketing Compliance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products, marketing campaigns, and customer communications adhere to all applicable regulatory and legal requirements. The Compliance Product Manager will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, and other cross-functional teams to maintain and strengthen our compliance framework.
Key responsibilities include partnering with product and marketing teams to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations during the development and enhancement of deposit, payment, and lending products. The role involves evaluating compliance requirements for new and existing products, monitoring evolving regulatory standards, and updating policies and procedures accordingly. Additionally, the Compliance Product Manager will design and oversee monitoring and testing activities to assess adherence to compliance policies and implement corrective actions as needed.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields within professional services, fintech, or financial services, including at least two years of team management experience. Relevant certifications such as CRCM or CUCE are advantageous. Experience in reviewing marketing materials, supporting product development compliance programs, and a strong understanding of consumer protection regulations (e.g., Reg E, Reg Z) are essential. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are also required.
This is a remote position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment. The US base salary range for this full-time role is $95,000 to $130,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
