Configuration Manager

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to support its configuration management and change control activities within the Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division. This role is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, and involves working closely with program leaders to manage a dynamic and fast-paced design and engineering environment. The Configuration Manager will be pivotal in capturing and defining the baseline for program requirements, design, testing, manufacturing, and sustainment data structures.

Key responsibilities include defining configuration management plans for key programs, ensuring robust and comprehensive configuration identification processes, and managing the end-to-end configuration control process, including engineering release and facilitating critical configuration control forums. The role also involves working with Configuration Management Analysts to build and maintain configuration status accounting dashboards, ensuring critical data is captured, recorded, and distributed effectively.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of direct product configuration management experience, particularly in high-rigor environments such as aerospace, automotive, security systems, medical devices, or nuclear industries. Familiarity with configuration management principles and practices, experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and data management toolsets for complex products, and strong organizational skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and the ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Security Clearance are also required.
