Contract Recruiter

Conga is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Houston, TX. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our company's values and culture. As a key player in our growth strategy, the Contract Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet our staffing objectives effectively.

The primary responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing and implementing sourcing strategies to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. The role involves utilizing both traditional and innovative recruiting methods to build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout.

Candidates should possess 5–7 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS or software company environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders. A proactive and results-oriented approach, coupled with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, is highly valued.
