Contracts Manager
The Contracts Manager at Applied Intuition will play a strategic role within the Legal team, engaging in both internal and external responsibilities to enhance the delivery of legal and compliance services across the company. This position is based in Sunnyvale, California, and requires in-office presence five days a week, with some flexibility for occasional remote work.
Key responsibilities include negotiating and drafting contracts with vendors and customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as legal, finance, and product to establish contractual terms, and managing the entire contract administration lifecycle. The role also involves developing and maintaining key templates, playbooks, policies, and other knowledge materials, as well as providing training and resources to support contracting processes.
Candidates should have a minimum of four years of in-house experience as a contracts manager, contracts administrator, or similar role, with direct responsibility for managing and negotiating contracts. Proficiency in contract lifecycle management systems and other legal operations software is essential. Strong organizational, time, and project management skills are required, along with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes of work while balancing competing demands.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $131,000 to $173,000 annually, along with equity options and comprehensive benefits.
