Corporate Counsel

Skylo Technologies is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its expanding legal operations. This role involves day-to-day contract review and negotiation, assisting internal teams, and contributing to scalable legal processes as the company continues to grow. The position is based in Mountain View, CA, with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence three days per week.

Key responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts such as NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, MSAs, and SOWs. The Corporate Counsel will support procurement, business development, and product teams with legal inquiries and escalations. Additional duties involve implementing and managing contract management systems, conducting legal research on emerging issues, assisting with compliance initiatives, and maintaining legal templates and training materials.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience practicing law, focusing on commercial transactions, technology, or general corporate matters. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction are required. Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment are essential.
