Corporate Litigation Attorney
The Corporate Litigation Attorney will be a key member of the legal team supporting the Bosch Home Comfort division in North America. This role involves managing all aspects of litigation and disputes, as well as providing counsel on a wide range of general legal matters. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of independence while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and outside counsel.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing litigation strategies, managing outside counsel and litigation budgets, and overseeing commercial disputes and product liability claims. The attorney will also provide legal advice on commercial and corporate matters, including contracts, marketing, and regulatory compliance, assist in developing corporate policies and procedures, and deliver legal training to business clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in Texas. A minimum of seven years of litigation experience, including significant time at a reputable law firm, is required. In-house experience, particularly in manufacturing, automotive, technology, or related industries, is strongly preferred. Experience with product liability and commercial litigation is essential.
