Country Manager
As a Country Manager at Cato Networks, you will lead sales initiatives within your designated region, driving revenue growth and market expansion. Cato Networks is a pioneering company in cloud networking and security, offering a unified platform that converges enterprise networking and security services. This role is integral to our mission of transforming how enterprises connect and secure their networks globally.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Directors, setting and achieving individual and team quotas, and overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle. Your day-to-day activities will include developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and ensuring the successful closure of high-value customer deals. Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to support pipeline goals and drive marketing-sourced opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of field and remote sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quotas. Experience in selling networking and/or security solutions to C-Level and technical buyers is essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing an individual contributor sales team is required. Strong skills in contract negotiations, strategic planning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. A background in selling cloud-based solutions and a degree in Computer Science or Engineering are advantageous.
