CRM Onboarding Specialist
The CRM Onboarding Specialist at Kaseya is responsible for guiding Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients through the implementation of MSP Success PRO, a digital offering that includes a website and SEO package (Vendasta) and a CRM package (Keap). This role involves leading clients through configuration, training, and adoption processes with a high-touch, outcome-driven approach. Kaseya is a leading provider of complete IT infrastructure and security management solutions for MSPs and internal IT organizations worldwide.
Key responsibilities include conducting live virtual onboarding sessions, guiding clients through setup, configuration, and launch steps, delivering clear training and resources to drive adoption, managing onboarding plans and timelines, responding to client tickets with timely, high-quality support, troubleshooting issues, identifying blockers early, and coordinating with internal teams. The focus is on achieving long-term outcomes and contributing to the improvement of playbooks and standard operating procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or CRM support. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, including pipelines, automations, segmentation, campaigns, contacts, and integrations, is essential, with experience in Keap being a plus. Candidates should be confident in leading calls and trainings with business owners and teams, organized and comfortable managing multiple onboardings, client-focused, accountable, and able to balance empathy with execution. Strong team collaboration skills are also important, as the role requires working well across departments, communicating openly, sharing knowledge, and supporting teammates to deliver a seamless client experience.
The position offers a compensation of $75,000 annually.
